At ZOQ Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be provided.


1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of perfumes, we can only accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes.
  • Items without original packaging.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

3. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer).
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or wrong perfume, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

5. How to Request a Return/Refund

To request a return or refund:

  1. Email us at zoqperfumes@gmail.com with your order number and details.
  2. Attach clear photos of the product (if damaged or wrong item).
  3. Our support team will guide you through the process.
