1. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of perfumes, we can only accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Items without original packaging.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
3. Refunds
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer).
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or wrong perfume, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

To request a return or refund:

- Attach clear photos of the product (if damaged or wrong item).
